Babes Wodumo has apologized for bullying fellow musician, Lady Zamar.
Babes left fans fuming when she poked fun of Lady Zamar's acne in a video on social media after the singer's appearance on Idols SA.
"You’re busy laughing at this child on Idols and your face is like this," the woman, believed to be Babes can be heard saying.
Babes quickly hit back at claims and said that her account was hacked and that she would never poke fun at her. The Wololo hitmaker said that the hackers had manipulated the voice in the video to make people believe that it's her.
Now the Gqom star is singing a different tune.
Babes has now admitted to bullying Lady Zamar over her acne, saying that she now feels bad for what she had said about the singer.
In an interview with DRUM, Babes said that she was just in her feelings about comments Lady Zamar made about some of the contestants on the show.
"I was just upset by the comments she made to some of the contestants on Idols, but I understand I shouldn’t have sworn at her or made fun of her face. I used to have pimples too," she said.
Babes' sister and manager Nondumiso Simelane told TshisaLIVE that despite Babes admitting to poking fun at Lady Zamar, she still maintains that she was hacked.
